DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your deposit payment is used to pay for our venue, chef, excursions, etc. If you choose not to join, we will not be able to refund your payment. The remainder of your balance can be paid any time up to 45-days prior to the retreat start. If you fail to make your final payment, we'll send you one reminder before opening your registration to the waitlist.

You may cancel your booking by notifying us in writing to support@shelby-leigh.com. Cancellation fees, if any, will be determined with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is received by Shelby Leigh LLC as follows:

If Cancellation is received 90 or more days before departure of the retreat you will receive a refund of any payments made minus your Deposit. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) of your Deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance after the Deposit may be transferred to another person if they’d like to sign up for the retreat.

If Cancellation is received 60-89 days before departure of the retreat, you will receive the ability to transfer any payments made minus your Deposit.

If Cancellation is received 45-59 days before departure of a Tour you will receive the ability to transfer fifty percent (50%) of the total Tour price.

If Cancellation is received less than 45 days before departure of a Tour one hundred percent (100%) of the total Tour price will be forfeited.
