Michelle Saltz: What Nature and Our Bodies Have To Teach Us About Ourselves

Michelle Saltz and I get together to chat about how our healing and embodiment work can be supported by nature. In this episode, she takes us through what inspires her to support people in this work and the ways in which she supports them through art therapy and coaching.

We also talk about:

  • Breathwork and other impactful tools to support us in being present

  • The importance of being consistent with practices that actually support us in a way that is authentic and unique to us

  • Listening to the body and to nature as a way of regulating and being at ease in life in a connected way. Being with the natural changes that occur.

  • How we can allow ourselves to just be and sit with the ever-changing landscape of life

About Michelle:

As an Art Therapist, Intimacy and Relationship Coach and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Michelle has been guiding clients for over 20 years using tools such as breath, meditation, imagery and movement to regulate and shift their experiences to make powerful choices. She is a passionate believer that the body speaks its own language, carries infinite wisdom and can serve as compass and guide. She embraces transitions, relationships and nature as teachers and her experience informs her practice. Her life has been an evolving journey of self-discovery and an ongoing resource in her work.
