Megan deBoer: A Somatic Approach to Receive + Expand

I am so excited to be joined by Megan deBoer again as we reflect on expanding, receiving money/abundance, what we see in the clients we work with and what inspires us to do this work.

We touch on:

  • Expanding our capacities to cope with ebbs and flows within our businesses

  • The “Nourishment Barrier” and how we can lean into support and learn tools that help us know that money is safe to receive and hold

  • The intersection of love, money & security and how the lack of safety in one of these domains can ultimately lead to dysregulation and shape our responses to receiving abundance

  • Importance of embodiment work and nervous system support in healing our relationship with money and abundance

  • How to trust ourselves to receive and give ourselves permission to receive

This work not only applies to money, but about whatever it is we need to flourish in our businesses and lives.

We also announce our upcoming workshop A Somatic Approach To Receive & Expand,  happening on September 7th.

This workshop is geared toward service-based business owners and people in the healing & helping space. This is about learning to receive, being in the conversation and exploration you need to flourish in your business, and learning to open up to trust. Together, we will guide you in building resources of safety and how to do this in a slow and mindful way to bring a layer of stability to our relationship with money and abundance.

When we have safety in our systems, so much more is possible. We hope to see you there! Click here to Sign Up.
