Liz Riley Christiano is a Love Coach and Nervous System Whisperer. She helps people melt the trauma and stress that lingers from relational and emotional wounds, so that they may live from their own energetic centers. She is passionate about healing work that helps us to live joyful, interconnected lives, and is grateful for the melanated teachers who continue to illuminate the path towards true individual and collective healing. Liz lives in Berkeley, CA with her husband and two kids.
