Coaches, therapists, Facilitators, healers and mentors…

Holding healing space for others doesn’t have to mean depleting ourselves or pushing people past their edges in the name of growth.

This training speaks to the mind, body and heart.  It up-levels our orientation to how we can be in relationship to ourselves, our work and our clients in a way that fosters connection and deepens possibility for true healing.

Are you a practitioner who…

  • is tired of mind-based learning and want to embody your deepest wisdom?

  • knows in your bones that pathologizing clients (or yourself ) is not a sustainable path to healing and growth?

  • feels hesitant at times - not marketing your work or fully showing up for fear of opening a pandora’s box of trauma in your clients?

  • is interested in learning about how setting clear boundaries and agreements right up front actually leads to clients being more able to show up in a consistent and committed way?

  • feeling devoted to feeling more safe and with permission to take better care of yourself and your body in and out of session?

  • absolutely loves holding space for your clients but sometimes still finding yourself needing to prove yourself and your work?

  • would feel relieved to remove the pressure around creating breakthroughs and transformations in sessions and understanding how this industry pressure can be creating more harm than support for yourself and your client?

We will have:

  • Time for nervous system regulation work so you leave feeling more steady and supported

  • Q+A so you can get YOUR questions answered personally

  • Practical tips and paradigm shifting ways of thinking and “BE-ing” you can implement right away instead of lots of overwhelming info

  • An embodied understanding of how trauma shows up in and out of client sessions so you can welcome more fully what’s here (instead of fearing it or trying to fix).

This is about feeling so resourced and regulated in your practice that your confidence soars!

We can know all the tools, tips and tricks in the world but when we add the healing power of relationship (and awareness around it!), our sessions become more spacious, with ease, and so much space for authenticity.
