1-HOUR CLASS DETAILS

While not everyone is overwhelmed by the trauma they carry, so many people are. And together, we can make a huge difference.

Did you know that every reaction and response from our clients and students carry incredible wisdom, even if it "seems" like it might not be serving them?

  • The definition of trauma-informed care

  • Trauma-informed vs trauma-trained

  • The 6 types of trauma

  • 3 of my most useful tools for supporting folks impacted by trauma (there are 15 of them total!)

You don't need to be a trauma expert to be trauma-informed.

The world needs YOU right now, and the time is NOW to lead with presence, care, and skill.

When we're trauma-informed, we're not adding stress to an already stressed system and we know more about how to be and not be to make this more of a reality.

It also gives us the gift as coaches, therapists, and wellness providers of exhaling and being at ease, fully trusting ourselves and the processes we guide.

Voices from facilitators

“The world doesn’t celebrate or talk much at all about trauma-informed practitioners... but watching your webinar was SUCH an important reminder of how being trauma-informed helps our clients!!! It reminded me that lots of practitioners are not trauma-informed (in fact, very few practitioners I’ve worked with have been trauma-informed) and so actually being trauma-informed is SUCH important work and a gift to our clients (and ourselves)!! Also, you gave SO much value in the masterclass and bonus pdf and audios. I LOVED your segue into talking about ‘Creating Safer Space’. So considerate, so real, and encouraging us to be present!”

“...this is very easy to implement, but it has a huge impact. It’s very powerful. It’s not something that’s so complicated you can’t wrap your head around it, it’s very simple yet profound tools that can make such a difference. That’s what I really liked - it was very easy to implement, but I saw a big shift.”
