My "I Quit" Week

How 3 weeks on and 1 (or more) weeks off each month changed everything. In this solo episode, I share about the incredible work structure I've set up for myself that supports my nervous system and my heart and soul's highest purpose. I talk about the anxieties and fears and stories that show up each time I do this and the subsequent freedom that comes afterwards.

I share about the very real benefits of pausing intentionally to go inwards - these feel like the biggest and most significant investments in my business, my health and my entire life. I also share a very simple way that I add spacious structure to keep myself grounded and nurtured during these times. This is truly an act of revolution against cultural messages to hustle and I love getting to welcome you into it.
