You are welcome to sit in a chair or on a cushion for meditation. You're also welcome to switch back and forth. We have padded folding chairs available if you prefer to sit in a chair - you may want to bring a pillow for added comfort to the chairs. We also have several cushions, however, if you have extras... we'd love it if you could bring more to add to the pile! *

WORKSHOP ATTENDANCE and Cancellation policy
Attendance for the full length of the workshop is required. It helps keep the integrity of the container and allows everyone to stay connected to the experience more fully. Please note that cancellation fees increase the closer it gets to the starting date of the retreat. As of 3:00pm on the last business day before opening day, there are no refunds except for emergencies. Deposits and payments cannot be transferred to another retreat or another person. If a refund is due, we will refund the credit card used to pay for the retreat. In general, the cancellation fee schedule is below: > 8 weeks $100 4-8 weeks $175 1-4 weeks $225 < 1 week $300 Last business day prior to retreat after 3:00pm - No Refund
